Day with Abe

Today i woke up and got ready to go meet with Abraham my best friend over here, so that we could fix some problems with the bike renting system that they have here in Sevilla. It is a great system but the bikes are really poorly built, and the stations dont work really well. So we fixed some problems with Sevici and then took a stroll in the park.
Then we can across a strange plant. Abe told me that when these green little pokey like buds were totally ripe they would explode to shoot their seeds everywhere! I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT... then he picked one and sure enough, as soon as the bud was ripped from the vine (invision a really big rape being picked off the stem) then where the stem whole was SHOT OUT all the seeds from the inside!!! it was incredible!!!! I was totally entertained for the next 5 minutes shooting seeds at Abe!!! Hahaha it was a blast! Then we found a lemon tree and he helped me climb it to pick a fresh lemon!!! IT WAS HUGE!!!! like the size of a softball!!! It smelled so good! Never picked a lemon before... it was a good time!
Then Abe came over and had lunch with me and my family and we had some good little chats. I had wanted to have Abe over for a long time so it was fantastic to finally have him to my house. After we got done eating we both took a small siesta and then he left.
He called me back around 1130 and said to meet in front of Torro de Oro in 30 minutes. i ate a little somethin then got my sevici bike and rode the 15 minute ride to the meeting place. There is a little dancin joint were there is always live music so we went there and waited about 1 hour for the music to start. The whole time while we waited Abe and Leah ( a german friend of ours who is studying here) taught me how to salsa and do another type of step. I had a blast!!!! Finally got down the steps and then our friend Carmen showed up with a crew of friend from her masters program. We danced for another 4 hours or so then decided to go home! You guys are awesome thanks for all your help... its hard for a country swinger to become a formal salsa'er!
